The staff we interacted with were very kind. When we first arrived we found out they were running on a generator due to a storm that had come through earlier in the week. I decided to cancel as the kids wanted to swim and with no power the pool was down. After spending about 45 minutes trying to find a hotel with power that was not full booked we decided to stay here after all. When I went in to rebook the room the owner (I’m assuming) gave us an even better rate than I had initially booked with. The room was large and the beds were comfortable.

Everything was great the staff, room ,breakfast and pool made it the best place we have stayed . We were there for a last minute family emergency while my mom was on hospice and if it wasn't for our night here I don't know what we would have done . Staff was friendly to myself and the kids breakfast was great and the pool was great definitely needed some time to relax and get our minds of things and this place did just that .

The beds were super comfy and the staff was super nice. The pool was definitely refreshing after the long walk around the zoo. Breakfast was yummy and coffee was some of the best hotel coffee I've ever had😊
